Special note on BACKORDERED ITEMS:
For backordered items our standard policy is to ship the order when it is 100% complete. If required, you may specify to ship partial, but this will incur an additional shipping charge.
Please use the ‘note to shipper’ in your shopping cart during checkout to specify: PLEASE SHIP PARTIAL ORDER.
When partial is specified the second shipment will carry a separate minimum shipping charge of at least $12.50. We will contact you with the exact amount when known, as soon as it is ready to ship. Additional shipping can be paid prior to the final shipment.
FOR LARGER ORDERS over 12 ITEMS:
PLEASE CALL (559) 638-4095. Our system is not currently able to calculate shipping for large shipments. We will help you place your order. If you do place an order with over 12 items the system may not add a shipping charge. We will need to calculate it during packing to give you an accurate shipping quote. If you do not see a shipping charge, be assured we will be contacting you with this information, prior to shipment.

Q: What Shipping methods do you offer? There are several answers:
A1: Local pickup is always free of charge.
A2: We ship via UPS in special boxes designed to keep breakage to a minimum.
- We ship all orders using the least expensive way while ensuring your jars remain intact.
- Our minimum charge for shipping is for one 16oz jar: normally 12.50 or 16.20.
- If you order two or more your minimum shipping charge is $16.20.
- For orders over eight jars the minimum shipping rate is $64.00. It may vary depending on how large the order is. We will contact you with the total.
Q: What are your shipping transit times:

Normally the shipping time can vary from 2-3 days, but across the country may often take 5-7 days depending on weather and holidays.
